CRoW is Cycle Run or Walk, a fundraising event, organised by The Royal County of Berkshire Churches Trust, where sponsored participants visit as many Churches as possible. Funds raised go half to the upkeep of Berkshire’s Churches, and half to the participating Church.

The aims of the event are to:

  1. raise money for Berkshire’s Churches of all denominations
  2. promote interest in our Churches, many of which are of historical importance and great beauty
  3. involve people of all ages, including families, in an enjoyable social occasion

Over 30 other counties run similar event on the same day, and participants are invited to cross county borders if they wish.
